Tomato pasta

Here's a quick and easy pasta recipe.
Cook enough pasta shells for the number of people that you need to feed.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, chop a large onion and soften it up in a little bit of olive oil.
When it's soft add two tins of chopped tomatoes and some chopped oregano, basil and rosemary.
Cook for about 5 minutes over a medium heat.
By this time your pasta should be cooked.
Drain the pasta and put it in a large serving dish, pour over the tomato sauce, sprinkle with a little grated cheese and serve with a side salad and hard boiled eggs.
You can also eat this cold.
